Executive-Internal Audit

Job Profile:
The Executive - Internal Audit will be responsible for executing the internal audit strategy, identifying key risks, and ensuring compliance across the group. This role involves conducting end-to-end audits, preparing detailed reports, and working with departments to implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities & Role:
- Develop and execute the internal audit strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks across the group.
- Oversee end-to-end audit processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Supervise, review, and guide the work of subordinate audit staff.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 03 year proven work experience with related to internal Audit/Risk management.
- Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from a recognized university, or part qualification in CA, CMA, ACCA, or full qualification in AAT.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
- Strong in both written and spoken English.
- Should be a dynamic, result-oriented person with the ability to meet audit deadlines.
- Hands on experiences in conducting internal audits under SAP environment is beneficial.
