As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement enrolment strategies to achieve annual intake targets for student numbers and programme revenue.
- Guide students through the enrolment process, register them for lectures, and handle any administrative tasks.
- Meet or exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify prospective student segments.
- Lead and oversee the entire student registration process, ensuring smooth and efficient enrolment for all programmes.
- Improve service standards for all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A degree in Management from a recognised educational institution or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years' work experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in student management and counselling will be an added advantage.
- Be sales-minded, self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
- Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Be a good team player.
