Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT, banking technology, fintech, or enterprise solutions sector.
Exposure to banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), payment solutions, software solutions, networking, cybersecurity, or systems integration projects will be an added advantage.
Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities when required.
