Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT, banking technology, fintech, or enterprise solutions sector.
  • Exposure to banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), payment solutions, software solutions, networking, cybersecurity, or systems integration projects will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities when required.
