PRINTER TECHNICIAN / PABX TECHNICIAN

We require the service of a result-oriented, dynamic, and committed individual to fill the positions of PRINTER TECHNICIAN and PABX TECHNICIAN, based at the head office of Dedigama Group (Pvt) Ltd., Maharagama.
Printer Technician
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Printer Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair printers (Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Handle network printer configurations and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to users
- Maintain service records and reports
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in IT / Electronics / Hardware Engineering
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in printer repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Brother
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
PABX Technician
We are seeking a qualified and experienced PABX Technician to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain PABX systems (analog, digital, and IP-based)
- Troubleshoot and repair telephone systems and related equipment
- Handle cabling, extensions, and system expansions
- Configure VoIP systems and IP telephony
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Telecommunications / IT / Electronics
- Minimum 2 years experience in PABX systems
- Hands-on experience with systems like NEC, Panasonic, or similar
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot independently
- Good communication and customer handling skills
