Quantity Surveyor
We are a steel fabrication company specializing in structural steel works, gratings, handrails, and customized steel systems for industrial and construction sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide necessary support to the field sales team & management for all supplies of finished products & supplies for installation projects.
- Preparation of Quotation- To maintain accuracy on working out of BOQ's, in tonnage, breaking down drawings, computation of estimated quantity take off and costing for tender, ongoing projects.
- To Liase with contract team for Cost Valuation, negotiation and agreement for binding of contract for all Project according to Local construction Law, regulations, Acts & Practice.
- To check contract, works order, PO for all awarded projects Compliance to BCA requirements and regulations (Safe keeping of our Company interests)
- To prepare of Monthly Progress claim / VO and Submit to Main-Contractor / Consultant with Administration task of keeping of documentations & records claim & retention matters.
- Sourcing of new suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors, and awarding sub contracting jobs to vendors (Coordinating with the Procurement Department)
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably experience in civil/ building projects.
- Experience in adjudication and the SOP Act will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD
