WE ARE HIRING
Senior QS & Junior QS
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Lead cost management and contract administration for major projects
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Review and validate quantity take-offs and junior QS outputs
- Manage tender preparation, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assess completed works and certify progress payments
- Prepare detailed cost, financial, and progress reports for management
- Identify risks and implement cost control and cost-saving strategies
JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Take off quantities accurately from drawings
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Assist in preliminary cost estimates based on measurements
- Verify and cross-check measurement accuracy
- Maintain measurement records and BOQ documentation
