Maintenance Assistant (Ratmalana)
Requirements :
- Diploma or an equivalent technical qualification from a recognized institution in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Sound technical knowledge and practical understanding of maintenance operations, including building services and equipment.
- Ability to manage sectional operations independently and effectively.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar maintenance-related role.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Good problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
- Age below 30 years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the inspection, maintenance and repair of building facilities, equipment and related systems.
- Coordinate and monitor routine preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify maintenance issues and support timely corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers when required.
- Support the efficient operation of the maintenance section and handle assigned tasks independently.
