The Job:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client financial information, including investments, assets, liabilities, and income, to support the creation of financial plans.
  • Gather and evaluate financial data, market trends, and investment products to provide insights and recommendations to advisors.
  • Assist in the preparation and creation of financial plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to client financial information and plans.
  • Collaborate with advisors to address client inquiries and concerns, providing necessary information and clarification on financial plans.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the efficiency of paraplanning activities.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work on-site according to the AUS calendar and shift
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a paraplanning role.
  • Proficiency in paraplanning software/tools (X Plan, AdvisorLogic, Midwinter)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the Australian financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities.
