Executive – Business Process Re-engineering
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as an Executive – Business Process Re-engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across departments
- Conduct process mapping using BPMN 2.0 standards
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement initiatives
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process models and SOPs
- Support process automation and digital transformation projects
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance and standardization
- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Process Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or process re-engineering
- Sound knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process mapping, and process documentation
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies will be an added advantage
- Experience with tools such as Bizagi Modeler, Visio, Power BI, Excel, or similar applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
