This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated professional with experience in business development, sales, and marketing— particularly within the services sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, residential, and event-based sectors.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development and contract finalization.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals in collaboration with internal departments.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies (traditional and digital) to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage digital platforms, including social media and the company website, and create promotional content.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, analyze sales data, and provide pipeline updates and reports to management.
- Work closely with Operations and Administration teams to ensure operational feasibility and seamless service delivery.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build networks.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the security or B2B services sector.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in tender and proposal preparation.
- Sound knowledge of market dynamics and strategic positioning.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Sinhala/Tamil) will be a distinct advantage.
