ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER (Millewa)
THREE SINHA INDUSTRIES (PVT) LTD, is a well-established steel fabrication and manufacturing company, and we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Factory Manager at our factory located in the Millewa Industrial Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily factory operations and production activities.
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Monitor workforce productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance departments.
- Prepare production reports and assist management in operational planning.
- Support the Factory Manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
