Senior Executive - E-Commerce
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales from ecommerce platforms using data-driven sales strategies.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including listings, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Monitor stock availability, demand forecasting, and coordinate with brand and supply teams to ensure supply meets future demand.
- Identify growth opportunities by scanning markets, analyzing data, tracking competitors and expanding into new platforms/customers.
- Execute commercial activities including promotions, ads, reporting and compliance checks.
- Executing digital marketing campaigns for select brands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
- Strong commercial knowledge of FMCG company operations.
