The Property Sector of John Keells Group requires the services of an Executive – Customer Service to gear itself to service its diversified Property Development Projects in Colombo equipped with modern technology and state of the art design.

Job Profile

  • Work closely with the Sales & Engineering team to ensure that customers are up to date with regards to the Project.
  • Managing the customization process in compliance with the set customization guidelines.
  • Attending to customer queries and requests and managing the customer relationship.
  • Arranging site visits based on requirement.
  • Inspection of apartments prior to handover.

Personal Profile

  • Part or Fully qualified with a Degree/ Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1-year prior experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
