MARKETING & BRAND COORDINATOR (MULTI INDUSTRY)
Jaysons Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading real estate and property development company in Sri Lanka with over 35 years of industry experience. Our diversified portfolio includes real estate, hospitality, and related business ventures, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
ROLE SUMMARY
You’ll drive marketing strategy for our businesses (hospitality, real estate, materials). You’ll coordinate designated sales/marketing reps per segment, oversee branding, and ensure consistent execution. You’ll lead major campaigns and keep our brands aligned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies across multiple business segments
- Coordinate with designated segment specific sales and marketing teams for each business area
- Lead campaigns, launches, promotional events, and brand initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content development
- Support PR, corporate visibility, and website updates with IT team
- Manage creative content including photography and videography
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing (multi-industry experience preferred)
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational tasks
- Excellent coordination, communication, and branding skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
