JOB VACANCY FOR SUPERVISOR POST – AMAZONIA LANKA (PVT) LTD

We are a well-established group of companies involved in aquaculture, based in the Biyagama area. Our company requires responsible, energetic staff members for the following listed job.
Job Profile:
Post of Supervisor. This is a total field job that requires you to work on-site. Applicants should be Experienced team players, self-motivated, ready to work hard on the field, eager to learn, and capable of performing under competitive and demanding conditions.
All applicants will undergo a 3-month training period, where trainees will get firsthand experience on their job.
Responsibilities:
This is a field job that requires on-site presence:
- Manage and assist in the management of ornamental fish.
- Supervise and instruct staff on all related matters regarding the husbandry of live fish.
- Maintain related documents, stocks, and records.
- Coordinate with staff members to gain the best productivity.
Applicant Requirements:
- Male or Female (Age: 30 to 45 years).
- GCE A/L and above
- Job experience as a supervisor in aquaculture or Agriculture related fields is compulsory.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stay in shared quarters with other supervisors (separate accommodations for males and females).
- Ability to perform under pressure with high levels of dedication.
Offered Facilities and Salary:
- Salary during the training period (1 to 3 months): Rs 50,000.
- After completing training, successful trainees will be appointed as supervisors with a salary of Rs 60,000.
