nThe Role

- Supervise and coordinate daily production planning, material planning & production activities to ensure operational efficiency and timely output. n
- Monitor production processes, quality standards, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. n
- Coordinate with production teams, stores, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure uninterrupted operations. n
- Maintain production records, inventory usage, and operational reports accurately. n
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and proper handling of production materials and equipment. n
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and maintain product consistency. n
The Profile

- Diploma or Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Food Science, or related field will be an added advantage. n
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. (Bottling industry experience will be an added advantage.) n
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and operational procedures. n
- Ability to work in shift-based operations and manage production teams effectively. n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. n
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to maintain production-related documentation and reports accurately. n
