TRAINEE ANALYST (Textile Laboratory)

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Analyst. In this role, you will support data analysis, research, and reporting activities, contributing to informed business decisions while developing your technical and analytical skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with cross-functional teams, and build a strong foundation in data-driven problem solving in a dynamic, professional environment.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Chemistry or relevant scientific discipline
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and quality standards is an advantage
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain laboratory quality systems and compliance with QHSE requirements
- Perform assigned laboratory tests and analyses in line with standard methods
- Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and reporting (logbooks, calibration, etc.)
- Assist with basic maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) and adhere to 5S standards
- Support timely delivery of results and daily laboratory operations
- Participate in method validation and quality control checks as required
- Ensure safe working practices and proper handling of laboratory resources
- Be flexible to work in shift operations based on workload
