We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with excellent English writing ability to create high-quality content for the Australian market, especially around NDIS/NDIA, SaaS, HR, and payroll-related topics.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and well-researched content tailored for Australian audiences. The ideal candidate should have strong command of English, the ability to understand complex topics, and confidence in writing content related to NDIS, NDIA, disability support, HR software, payroll software, and SaaS platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can turn technical or industry-specific topics into content that is useful, credible, and easy to understand. Experience or familiarity with SaaS tools, HR software, or payroll software will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, articles, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Research and write content relevant to the NDIS/NDIA sector in Australia
- Create compelling content that is informative, clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice
- Produce SEO-friendly content to improve search visibility and organic traffic
- Work closely with marketing, product, and management teams to understand content requirements and priorities
- Write content for software-related topics including HR, payroll, rostering, workforce management, and SaaS
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar writing tools to support research, drafting, editing, and productivity
- Stay updated on Australian industry trends, especially in NDIS, NDIA, care services, HR tech, and payroll software
Requirements
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and professional content
- Ability to research and write about NDIS/NDIA-related topics in Australia
- Good understanding of content structure, readability, tone, and audience targeting
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail in grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency
- Ability to understand software products and write about functional or technical topics clearly
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing for NDIS, disability services, aged care, or healthcare-related industries
- Knowledge of SaaS products, HR software, payroll systems, or workforce management platforms
- Familiarity with SEO content writing and keyword integration
- Ability to write for Australian audiences or businesses will be an added advantage
