EnCare SISILI HANARO ENCARE (PVT) LTD
YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Conduct ship handling operations and provision supply services to vessels across all commercial ports.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of marine services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with shipping agents, vessel operators, and key clients.
- Coordinating with port authorities, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient service delivery.
- Managing operational and regulatory documentation, including service records and compliance requirements.
- Handling billing, payments, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
- Providing on-site support during port operations, inspections, and client interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ship handling and port-related activities.
- Previous experience working with Customs and the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) for approval processes is mandatory.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with shipping agents and port-based institutions.
- Willingness to travel to outstation ports as required.
