Plant Operator (Sapugaskanda Plant)
Required qualifications/experience
- Age should be between 22- 35 years.
- NVQ Level 5 or above in Mechanical or Electrical field.
- Prior experience in plant operations will be an added advantage
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Be proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Should be a quick learner willing to work and learn under the guidance of superiors.
- Should be ready to work in shift
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ASU plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
- Supporting plant operations to achieve production targets
