Digital Campaign Manager (Google/Meta/Microsoft)

Experience Level: 4+ Years

We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Colombo and play a key role in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for our Australian clients. You’ll work closely with the Director of Media and Operations to set up, monitor, and refine campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring maximum impact and ROI. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves data-driven marketing, and wants to work with an experienced team supporting businesses across Australia.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital campaign management in an agency or performance marketing role.
  • Hands on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, Looker Studio, Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in building and maintaining campaign reports, providing key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Platform Expertise: Work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, ensuring best practices are applied to deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaboration – Support the Director of Media and Operations in executing campaign strategies and staying ahead of industry trends
