Medfuture, an Australian-based medical and healthcare recruitment agency, is hiring Recruitment Consultants to support its growing team. The role involves sourcing, attracting, screening, and assessing qualified candidates for active client vacancies within the Recruitment & Business Consulting Division. Consultants act as talent advisors, ensuring candidates match client requirements and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, conducting professional screenings, submitting suitable profiles, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The position requires a proactive, data-driven approach, ensuring all candidate leads are tracked, quality-checked, and commercially viable. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referral programs, social media platforms, and various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and screening interviews via Zoom, telephone, and other virtual platforms to assess technical fit, behavioral suitability, availability, salary expectations, and career objectives.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare detailed candidate profile summaries, submission-ready CVs, and candidate reports prior to handover to Recruitment Consultants.
- Maintain professional candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support Talent Hunt initiatives, including referral programs, candidate re-engagement activities, and targeted email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing activities to identify high-potential candidates and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates through ATS/CRM systems and recruitment activity reports.
- Maintain strict compliance with documentation standards, company policies, and recruitment protocols.
- Maintain integrity in all KPI reporting and ensure accurate, transparent, and timely performance documentation.
- Work under pressure to meet and exceed individual and team targets while delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance in all recruitment activities and communications.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or International Recruitment, preferably supporting Australian and/or New Zealand markets.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, databases, social media platforms, and referral programmes.
- Strong sales aptitude, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent English communication, business writing, and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Academic qualifications completed in English medium; proven ability to meet tight deadlines and performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies.
