REQUIREMENTS
- Trainees should successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L (or equivalent qualifications)
- Junior Executive / Executive positions should have minimum 01 year experience in a similar field
- Candidates residing in or near Kottawa will be preferred
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Positive attitude, team player and ability to work under pressure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Willingness to visit client sites as and when required
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Customer calling & product introductions
- Follow-ups for meetings and software demos
- Support in preparing proposals and documents
- Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
