Assistant Manager Technical (Maintenance)
Location - Madapatha
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of premises, plant & machinery.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, tender documentation and proposal evaluation.
- Responsible for quality assurance of work carried out
- Budget and monitor relevant expenditure effectively and transparently.
- Control inventories and ensure upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Manage emergencies, unplanned problems, troubleshooting and repairs professionally
Requirements
- B.Sc. (Eng.) Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- 8-12 years of experience in the maintenance or construction field.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems with adequate troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and associated equipment.
