Finance Associate - Female
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact individuals and businesses with outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate the collection of overdue payments.

Responsibilities
- Contact individuals or businesses with delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and terms to facilitate debt repayment.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment commitments.
- Communicate with debtors via telephone, email, and written correspondence professionally & assertively.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and strategize the most effective recovery methods.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Collaborate with the team if escalation or legal actions are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Completed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce stream.
- Minimum 1 year or above experience in a Finance field.
- Part qualified in AAT or any other professional Accountancy qualifications.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office package, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Age between 20 – 35 years.
- Close range to travel to the working site at Homagama.
