Assistant Manager – Production (Pannala Factory)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Production. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about manufacturing excellence, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
- Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials)
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Management or related field
- More than 03 years of experience in a Food manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with production planning and quality control processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
