Sewing Operations
We are seeking a Pattern Maker – Sewing Department to support bulk production through accurate pattern development, grading, and technical coordination. The role is critical to ensuring garments are produced efficiently, with correct fit, minimal rework, and alignment to approved samples.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to Creates and develops garment patterns based on design specifications to ensure accurate fit, measurements, and production efficiency. The Pattern Maker will work closely with the Sample Room, Cutting, and Sewing teams to ensure all patterns are production-ready and optimized for manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop accurate garment patterns based on tech packs, samples, and buyer requirements
- Perform pattern grading across all required sizes with consistency and accuracy
- Ensure patterns are production-friendly, minimizing fabric waste and sewing difficulties
- Liaise with sample development team to correct fit and construction issues
- Support fit sessions and implement required pattern adjustments
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Pattern Maker in a garment manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing processes
- Ability to read and interpret tech packs and measurement charts
- Experience with pattern grading and size consistency control
- Familiarity with industrial production requirements (not just sampling)
- Knowledge of Tuka pattern making system
