We are a subsidiary of one of Sri Lanka’s leading electrical manufacturing and distribution companies, and we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following position.
Position: Assistant Manager - Show Room (Nawala & Boralesgamuwa)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operation the show room to ensure an outstanding customer service experience to align with company policies, brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute show room- specific sales strategies to meet the monthly revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries & walk in customers promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage all administration functions of the show room including invoicing and payments receivables.
- Ensure high level of product display maintaining and oversee the inventory management in showroom.
- Prepare accurate sales records and performance reports for management review.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or show room management preferably in electricals accessories or consumer electronics.
- Excellent communications, negotiations and customer service abilities.
- Ability to analyse sales trends and implement effective sales strategies.
- Flexible with working hours including weekends.
- Ability to handle online sales inquires.
