TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR (Day / Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining quality standards while fostering a positive work environment.
Essential Functions
- Assist the team with reporting requirements and business cases.
- Maintain production and accuracy as defined by the client /management.
- Attend and respond to internal and external queries.
- Monitor and maintain KPI's.
- Liaise between client, Management and Operations team.
- Apply best practices to improve existing processes.
- Lead regular meetings on operations and challenges.
- Assess hiring needs, skills gaps, and attrition.
What we are looking for ?
- Minimum Diploma (In any discipline)
- 1-2 years of experience managing teams in BPO or similar industry is a MUST.
- Communication and people management skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional English communication skills both written and oral.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Products- MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
