HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Supporting the Director of Housekeeping, you will lead teams and operations that ensure every villa, public space, and guest touchpoint reflects the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and care while inspiring a culture of excellence across the Housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department.
- Ensure all guest villas, residences, public areas, and operational spaces are maintained to the highest luxury standards.
- Lead villa inspections, quality audits, and operational checks to ensure guest readiness and service excellence.
- Drive high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation throughout the resort.
- Deliver training, coaching, and development programmes to enhance team performance and service standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs, quality scores, guest feedback, and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4–6 years of housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury resort, hotel, or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury villa or suite-style accommodation operations.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large multicultural teams.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and operational management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
- Sound knowledge of housekeeping systems, quality assurance processes, inventory management, and laundry operations.
