ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in both oral and written English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for employee engagement and organizational success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
