Island Host (Local)
Crown & Champa Resorts is currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Island Host to join our vibrant team. This role plays a key part in delivering personalized and memorable experiences to our guests from arrival to departure. As an Island Host, you will ensure seamless service, provide local insights, and uphold the exceptional standards of hospitality our resort is celebrated for.
Location: Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives
Task and responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all arriving guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a detailed orientation of the resort and in-villa amenities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring all needs and requests are handled promptly.
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities, activities, excursions, and special events.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold and reflect the resort's high standards of hospitality, grooming, and service etiquette.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- A team player with a professional appearance and a high level of personal hygiene.
- Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and engaging personality.
