The company is looking for individuals with high drive and dynamism to join our team in the following positions:
CASHIER – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Passed GCE Advanced Level examination in Commerce stream.
- Partly qualified in ICASL, CIMA, CMA or AAT would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, pleasant appearance.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain daily cash collections and reconcile with records.
- Maintain cash controls and handling procedures.
- Prepare daily reconciliations of invoices, collections and bank deposits.
- Process cash receipts and other payment transactions accurately.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day and ensure smooth cash flow.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Maintain accurate cash handling records and related documentation.
HR EXECUTIVE – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- At least five years of experience in a similar HR role.
- A degree or diploma in HR or a related discipline.
- IT literacy.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR software.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Performance management and training and development.
- Leave and attendance management.
- Maintenance of employee records.
- Coordination with other departments on HR related matters.
- Preparation of HR documents, letters and reports.
- Addressing employee relations issues.
- Any other HR related matters.
MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- A degree in civil engineering is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of buildings and premises.
- Assistance with the daily operation of water recycling plants.
- Handle electrical, air conditioning and plumbing defects.
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and liaising with service providers.
- Safety and maintenance compliance.
- Assist with project works and materials coordination.
OFFICE ASSISTANT – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 45.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Passed GCE O Level / O/L.
- Valid motorbike driver’s license.
- Ability to read and write in English with reasonable proficiency.
- Basic administrative and clerical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection and dispatch of documents with internal teams and external parties.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and service providers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents and deliveries to and from customers and banks.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and filing.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning and maintaining records.
- Facility maintenance and other office support duties.
SERVICE ADVISOR (Body Repairs & General Repairs) – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity (excluding on-the-job training period).
- NVQ Level VI.
- English and computer knowledge are mandatory.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive and do test runs responsibly.
- Ability to work independently and achieve workshop targets.
- Overseas work experience would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections and service consultations with customers, including initial fault diagnosis.
- Arrange test drives with technicians to confirm vehicle issues.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates and schedules.
- Check parts availability and order the required spare parts.
- Recommend parts and services as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with repair orders and service standards.
- Prepare repair quotes and timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team to meet targets.
- Liaise with insurers and arrange customer follow ups as needed.
- Manage service progression and customer relations issues.
MASTER TECHNICIAN
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in automotive repairs and workshop operations.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify complex mechanical faults and issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems including wheels, suspension, braking, steering and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with BMW service standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical faults and systems.
- Guide and mentor junior technicians and workshop staff.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the workshop environment.
- Coordinate with service advisors and spare parts team to plan and execute repairs.
DRIVER
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Passed GCE Ordinary Level examination.
- Valid driving license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to required locations and extend hours as necessary.
- Maintain vehicles in good condition.
- Ensure daily compliance with vehicle documents and records.
- Follow company policies for refueling and maintenance.
- Assist with other duties as required.
