HR Assistant
Business Head Office - Colombo 09
Job Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to support the Human Resources Department in recruitment, employee records management, attendance administration, and general HR operations. The role will assist in maintaining HR processes and ensuring smooth day to day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end to end R2R processes and routine HR operations.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and provide payroll support.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department and perform other assigned duties.
- Support factory operations as required and perform other duties assigned by the HOD or management.
Job Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
- Applicants should be below 28 years of age.
- Experience with HRIS systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with general Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
