DEBT & RECOVERY OFFICER
Dynacom Engineering (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of IWS Holdings (Private) Limited - a BOI approved company licensed by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRCSL) requires the services of dedicated individuals to join the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up on outstanding debts and ensure timely collections.
- Develop and implement recovery strategies in line with company policies.
- Maintain updated records of accounts, payments, and recovery actions.
- Liaise with clients to negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery performance and delinquent accounts.
- Recommend accounts for legal action or write-off when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Professional qualification in related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Proven experience in debt collection, credit control, or recovery operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, persistence, and attention to detail.
- Possess a valid motorbike riding license.
