The company is looking for individuals with high drive and dynamism to join our team in the following positions:
CASHIER – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination in Commerce stream.
- Partly qualified in ICSA / CIM / CIMA / AAT would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Word Application.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly and pleasant appearance.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Bank daily collections on the following day.
- Maintain cash controls and cash management.
- Prepare daily reconciliation of invoices, collections, and bank deposits.
- Process cash, credit, debit and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day.
- Coordinate with the sales & service teams to streamline cash handling flow.
- Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Maintaining adequate change denominations.
HR EXECUTIVE – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A degree or diploma in HR / related field.
- IT literacy.
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with integrity and maintain confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance management, training and development.
- Staff attendance & leave management.
- Maintaining HR records and HR information systems.
- Co-ordination with other departments for HR related matters.
- Preparation of HR reports and correspondence.
- Addressing employee relations issues.
- Other HR related duties as required.
MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- A degree in civil / mechanical engineering or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of buildings and premises.
- Responsible for the daily operation of water recycling plants.
- Handle electrical, air conditioning and plumbing defects.
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and coordination with service providers.
- Ensure safety and maintenance compliance.
- Crisis management and preventive maintenance planning.
OFFICE ASSISTANT – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 45.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. O/L examination.
- Valid motorbike driving license.
- Ability to read and write in English with reasonable proficiency.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle filing, documentation, and basic office duties.
- Assist in scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
SERVICE ADVISOR (Body Repairs & General Repairs) – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- IT literacy and familiarity with service software.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and write in English with reasonable proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle inspections and service consultations with customers, including fault diagnosis.
- Arrange test drives with technicians to confirm vehicle issues.
- Prepare repair estimates and service orders.
- Coordinate with workshop for parts availability and scheduling.
- Advise customers on repair options and costs.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on service deliveries.
MASTER TECHNICIAN
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in automotive repairs and workshop operations.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify complex mechanical faults independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Strong knowledge of workshop safety and procedures.
- Good understanding of BMW vehicle systems and service procedures.
- Familiarity with manufacturer service standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical faults related to engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, steering, electrical systems, and air conditioning.
- Plan and supervise service work to ensure quality control.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Spare Parts Team for efficient repair planning.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
DRIVER
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
- Valid driving license (appropriate class).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Team player, positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work extended hours if necessary.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
- Ensure the timely delivery of documents pertaining to vehicles.
- Follow company policy for fueling and maintenance methods.
