Fashion Designer (Team Manager) – We're Hiring
We are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Fashion Designer (Team Manager) to lead our Privi Team and drive innovative fashion concepts from idea to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fashion design team.
- Develop creative designs aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Create design concepts, sketches, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams.
- Monitor design quality and ensure timely project completion.
- Guide and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fashion Designing.
- Previous experience in team leadership or management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Canva.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
