SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Based in Homagama
A key role in driving efficiency, building stronger supplier partnerships and ensuring seamless import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, imports, exports, warehousing, and logistics
- Coordinate and manage import clearance, shipping schedules, export documentation and freight forwarding
- Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials, packaging materials and operational supplies
- Develop and maintain a strong local and international supplier base
- Manage inventory planning and material forecasting to support uninterrupted production
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements and internal controls
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Work closely with production, finance, QA and commercial teams to align supply chain operations with business goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Supply Chain Management within manufacturing or export-oriented industries
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Import and Export operations
- Sound understanding of the TIEP process and related import procedures
- Experience handling international suppliers and freight operations
- Coconut industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
