CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) – WE'RE HIRING

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and improve financial performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, and auditing.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
