In line with our expanding warehouse operations, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced professional to join our team as a Store Keeper – Head Office, Nawala, Narahenpita.
STORE KEEPER
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming tiles and materials against delivery documents, checking quantity, quality, lot number, size, and shade
- Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Issue Notes (GIN), including gate pass creation on SAP
- Arrange and store materials as per warehouse layout, ensuring proper stacking, labelling, and segregation
- Pick, pack, and stage materials accurately for dispatch against approved orders
- Maintain accurate stock records and support periodic stock counts and reconciliation
- Ensure proper handling, safety, and housekeeping standards are followed within the warehouse
- Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly to the Stores Executive
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- The ideal candidate should be a male, below 35 years of age
- Passed all core subjects of GCE A/L is a must
- Diploma Course in Stores Management & minimum 02 years of hands-on experience in a position of Store Keeper, Assistant Store Keeper, & Stores Officer or similar capacity is a must.
- Working knowledge of the SAP system will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy is a must
- Should possess good communication & leadership skills
