ASSISTANT COST ACCOUNTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost comparisons and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate cost records and assist in cost control activities.
- Support in preparing tender documents and bills of quantities.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Part qualification in CIMA / ACCA / CA Sri Lanka or AAT passed finalist.
- 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting (preferably in construction industry).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
