Junior Executive / Executive - Merchandiser Development (Colombo)
The Job:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser Development professional to support product development activities, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely execution of development requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sample development activities with relevant teams.
- Follow up on raw materials, trims, and sample timelines.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on development progress.
- Maintain accurate development records and reports.
- Support the merchandising team in achieving development deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or product development.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
