Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Qualification in Food Science or relevant Field.
- More than 5 Years’ experience in Quality Management in FMCG Organization.
- Deep Knowledge in handling FSSC, GMP, HACCP, Halal, SLS Standardization
- Strong people handling & leadership skills
- Good Analytical skills and computer literacy
- Strong communications skills both English & Sinhala
- Age below 40 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA systems implementation across the production process.
- Develop and enforce quality management systems in line with FSSC, GMP, SLS, Halal, HACCP standards.
- Monitor product quality, resolve non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Work cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Engineering for root cause analysis and quality improvements.
- Lead internal audits and support external certification processes.
- Manage QA team performance, training, and development.
- Use data analytics to drive preventive quality actions and enhance product consistency.
