HR & Admin Executive
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Talent acquisition and onboarding process ( Asst Manager & below levels)
- Execution of leave and attendance process & assist in processing payroll
- Contribution towards the human capital development to achieve prevailing and future business challenges by executing effective Performance Management & L&D initiatives
- Ensure the efficient and smooth Operation of Administration functions including security, transport & premises management.
- Implement initiates to maintain highly engaged workforce & retain talent
- Ensure the all regulatory and compliance requirements in HR are fulfilled.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Batchelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in HR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a star class hotel will be an added advantage
- Age below 40
- Strong Interpersonal, negotiation and communication Skills

- Age below 35
- Strong Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skill in English & Sinhala
