Operations Manager
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operation including Front Office, Kitchen, F&B & Housekeeping.
- Ensure the exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Maintain a high-performance culture (drive KPI’s) and ensure the operational efficiency
- Execution of internal controls, managing cost and operational reporting
- Hold the overall responsibility for the facility
- Ensure the all regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1- 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Leadership, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Williness to work flexible hours and reside in property
