HR EXECUTIVE

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • A Degree, Diploma or professional qualification (Local/Foreign) in HR Management from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with exposure to compliance and audit-related activities.
  • Sound Knowledge, exposure & proficiency in all general HR functions, processes, procedures, HRIS & Sri Lankan Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in handling internal and external HR audits & identifying compliance gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Apparel industry experience is highly preferred & candidates from other industries may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy with sound knowledge in MS office applications.
  • Upper age limit - 35 Years.
  • Preferred residents around Embilipitiya.
  • Work Location - Kolonna, Embilipitiya.

SCOPE

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving HR compliance and governance within the organization. Responsibilities include facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company standards, maintaining statutory and employee records, preparing compliance reports, and tracking audit findings. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance practices, support risk mitigation, and ensure the organization remains audit-ready at all times.
