Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Colombo. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily clerical tasks, maintain organized records, and provide administrative support to the executive team. Responsibilities include managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and supporting office operations efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Educated up to GCE A/L
  • Sound work experience in a similar position
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management and record organization
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Sinhala is essential. (Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
