Technical Designer -Intimates (Senior Garment Technologist)

Responsibilities.
- Develop seasonal design concepts and themes in line with brand identity, target market and industry trends.
- Develop detailed technical sketches, specifications, and patterns for intimates.
- Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into technical designs.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and comfort.
- Create and maintain accurate technical packages, including measurements, construction details, and fabric specifications.
- Communicate effectively with overseas manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product quality and innovation.
- Excellent pattern making knowledge and ability to do the fit correction while join online fit session with customers.
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10-15 years) in technical designer – leadership roles with a focus on leadership.
- Should have a deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties and manufacturing processes.
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Should have the ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
