ACCOUNTANT / ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
We are a fast-growing food production and delivery company specializing in freshly prepared lunch meals for offices and factories. Orders are placed through direct corporate partnerships and via our mobile platform. Pink Panda, designed for convenient pre-ordering and timely delivery. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive to join our team and support our financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Process and verify corporate client billing and app-based transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support accounts receivable and payable functions
- Reconcile daily sales from direct orders and Pink Panda app transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure accurate order-to-cash flow
- Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Part qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (AAT/CIMA/CMA/ Chartered or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in food production or hospitality
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
